This Privacy Policy explains how Knifeball League (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit knifeball-league.com (the “Site”), join our mailing list, or buy merch. Questions? Contact us at privacy@knifeballleague.com.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (mailing list); performance of a contract (processing your order); and our legitimate interests (site security, spam prevention, and privacy-preserving analytics).
The Site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. Google reCAPTCHA and our checkout provider may set their own cookies, governed by their respective policies. Our video player is embedded from YouTube and does not load until you choose to play it — if you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies.
We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work:
We can tell you exactly who these providers are on request — just email privacy@knifeballleague.com.
We do not sell your personal information.
The Site is served only over HTTPS, so what you submit reaches us over an encrypted connection. The Site itself is static — it holds no subscriber database and no credentials, so there is nothing there to breach; signups are handled by a separate, access-controlled service of ours. Your email address and mobile number are held by our email and SMS marketing provider, and your order and payment details by our store and payments provider, each under its own security program, and we never receive or store your full payment-card number. Access to those provider accounts is limited to the people who run the band’s marketing and store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
We keep your email address and, if you gave one, your mobile number until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you opt out of texts, we keep a minimal record that you opted out — we have to, both to honour it and to show your consent was handled properly. Order information is retained by our store and payments provider per its policies and any legal/tax obligations.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message, or contact us at privacy@knifeballleague.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Our providers are primarily based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of knifeball-league.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through it, operated by Knifeball League (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
Merch is sold and fulfilled through our store and payments provider. Orders are also subject to the terms presented at checkout. We describe products as accurately as we can, but we don’t warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, and we may correct errors or cancel orders affected by them. Prices and availability can change without notice.
Shipping options, delivery estimates, returns, and refunds are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, and are also as described at checkout.
These terms govern the Knifeball League text-message program. The program is entirely optional: you never have to join it to browse the Site, buy merch, or receive our emails, and agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share it — or the fact that you consented — with anyone else for their own marketing.
All content on the Site — including the Knifeball League name and wordmark, logos, music, artwork, photographs, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by the Site’s intended functionality.
You agree not to:
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (our store and payments provider, streaming platforms, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knifeball League will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or store.
You agree to indemnify and hold Knifeball League harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site or store, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Everything you need to know before you order — where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. Questions we haven’t answered here? Just email us.
We currently ship within the United States only, and all prices are in US dollars (USD). If you’re outside the US, the store won’t be able to complete your order yet — get on the mailing list and we’ll say something when that changes.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. You’ll see every option available to you at checkout before you pay.
We offer Standard and Express shipping. Both are calculated at checkout based on your address, and you’ll see the exact amount before you pay. Express costs more and requires a phone number for the carrier.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more — the discount is applied automatically, so there’s no code to enter. Choose Express on one of those orders and the same discount comes off the Express rate, leaving a small balance to pay.
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking link the moment it ships — so you can follow it the whole way.
Once your order is on its way, Standard takes 3–4 business days in transit and Express takes 1–3 business days. Your order is prepared before it ships, so allow some time on top of that — those windows start when your tracking link arrives, not when you place the order.
Transit times vary with the carrier, and holiday peaks stretch them. If your tracking stops moving or it’s taking longer than feels right, email us and we’ll chase it.
Email us as fast as you can and we’ll do what we can. Orders move into fulfilment quickly, and once yours has we generally can’t change the size or the address, or cancel it.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it’s the wrong item, we’ll fix it. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll send a replacement or refund it. You won’t pay return shipping on a fault of ours, and we usually won’t ask for the item back.
Outside of that, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size chosen. Please check the size guide on the product before ordering — and if you’re between sizes or unsure, ask us first. We’d much rather answer an email than have you stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit.
Some things can’t be returned: digital downloads, music or other media once opened or unsealed, and clearance items. That doesn’t affect your rights above if one of them turns up damaged or incorrect.
When we approve a refund we send it back to your original payment method — the card or wallet you paid with. We’ll email you when it’s been issued. How long it then takes to appear is down to your bank or card issuer rather than us, so give it a few days before worrying; if it still hasn’t landed, tell us and we’ll chase it from our end.
If tracking has stopped moving, or it’s been far longer than you’d expect, email us. We’ll chase the carrier and, if it’s genuinely lost, replace the order.

Include your order number — it’s in your confirmation email — and we’ll get back to you.
These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and the terms shown at checkout.
