This Privacy Policy explains how Knifeball League (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit knifeball-league.com (the “Site”) or buy merch. Questions? Contact us at privacy@knifeballleague.com.
Information we collect
- Merch orders. Purchases are processed by our store and payments provider, which collects the information needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email, and payment details). We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Analytics. We use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider. It measures aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, general country/device) and does not collect personal data, set cookies, or track you across other sites.
- Server / hosting logs. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To process, fulfill, and support your merch orders.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Site.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (processing your order); and our legitimate interests (site security and privacy-preserving analytics).
Cookies
The Site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless. Our checkout provider may set its own cookies, governed by its own policy. Our video player is embedded from YouTube and does not load until you choose to play it — if you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work:
- Our store and payments provider — store, checkout, and payments.
- Google — the YouTube video player, and only if you press play. Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect information
The Site is served only over HTTPS, so everything that passes between you and the Site travels over an encrypted connection. The Site itself is static — it holds no customer database and no credentials, so there is nothing there to breach. Your order and payment details are held by our store and payments provider under its own security program, and we never receive or store your full payment-card number. Access to that provider account is limited to the people who run the band’s store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute security.
Data retention
Order information is retained by our store and payments provider per its policies and any legal/tax obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us at privacy@knifeballleague.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
International transfers
Our providers are primarily based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
