This Privacy Policy explains how Knifeball League (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit
knifeball-league.com (the “Site”) or buy

Information we collect
- Merch orders. Purchases are processed by our store and payments
provider, which collects the information needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping
address, email, and payment details). We do not receive or store your full payment-card
number.
- Analytics. We use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics provider. It
measures aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, general country/device) and does not
collect personal data, set cookies, or track you across other sites.
- Server / hosting logs. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data
(such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To process, fulfill, and support your merch orders.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Site.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (processing your
order); and our legitimate interests (site security and privacy-preserving
analytics).
Cookies
The Site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics is
cookieless. Our checkout provider may set its own cookies, governed by its own policy. Our
video player is embedded from YouTube and does not load until you choose to
play it — if you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work:
- Our store and payments provider — store, checkout, and payments.
- Google — the YouTube video player, and only if you press play.
Privacy
- Our analytics provider — cookieless analytics.
- Our hosting provider — hosting.
We can tell you exactly who these providers are on request — just email

We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect information
The Site is served only over HTTPS, so everything that passes between you and the Site travels
over an encrypted connection.
The Site itself is static — it holds no customer database and no credentials, so there is
nothing there to breach. Your order and payment details are held by our store and payments
provider under its own security program, and we never receive or store your full payment-card
number. Access to that provider account is limited to the people who run the band’s store.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t promise absolute
security.
Data retention
Order information is retained by our store and payments provider per its policies and any
legal/tax obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to
access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

International transfers
Our providers are primarily based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of
knifeball-league.com (the “Site”) and any
purchases you make through it, operated by Knifeball League (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If
you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site and store
Merch is sold and fulfilled through our store and payments provider. Orders are
also subject to the terms presented at checkout. We describe products as accurately as we can, but we don’t warrant that
descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free, and we may correct errors or cancel orders
affected by them. Prices and availability can change without notice.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping options, delivery estimates, returns, and refunds are set out in our
Shipping & Returns policy, and are also as described at
checkout.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the Knifeball League name and wordmark, logos, music, artwork,
photographs, and text — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property
laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior
written permission, except as expressly allowed by the Site’s intended functionality.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or
- use automated means to access the Site in a way that harms it or other users.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party services (our store and payments provider, streaming
platforms, and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of
those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knifeball League will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or store.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Knifeball League harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of
the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the Site or store, are
governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its
conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last
updated” date above; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

Everything you need to know before you order — where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes,
and what happens if something goes wrong. Questions we haven’t answered here? Just email us.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, and all prices are in
US dollars (USD). If you’re outside the US, the store won’t be able to
complete your order yet — follow us and we’ll say something when that
changes.
How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, plus
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. You’ll see every
option available to you at checkout before you pay.
Shipping cost
We offer Standard and Express shipping. Both are calculated at
checkout based on your address, and you’ll see the exact amount before you pay. Express
costs more and requires a phone number for the carrier.
How long it takes
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking link the moment it
ships — so you can follow it the whole way.
Once your order is on its way, Standard takes
3–4 business days in transit and Express takes
1–3 business days. Your order is prepared before it ships, so allow
some time on top of that — those windows start when your tracking link arrives, not when you
place the order.
Transit times vary with the carrier, and holiday peaks stretch them. If your tracking stops
moving or it’s taking longer than feels right, email us and we’ll chase it.
Changing or cancelling an order
Email us as fast as you can and we’ll do what we can. Orders move into fulfilment quickly,
and once yours has we generally can’t change the size or the address, or cancel it.
Returns and exchanges
If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it’s the wrong item, we’ll fix it.
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the
problem, and we’ll send a replacement or refund it. You won’t pay return shipping on a
fault of ours, and we usually won’t ask for the item back.
Outside of that, we can’t accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size
chosen. Please check the size guide on the product before ordering — and if you’re
between sizes or unsure, ask us first. We’d much rather answer an email than have you stuck
with a shirt that doesn’t fit.
Some things can’t be returned: digital downloads, music or other
media once opened or unsealed, and clearance items. That
doesn’t affect your rights above if one of them turns up damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
When we approve a refund we send it back to your original payment method — the
card or wallet you paid with. We’ll email you when it’s been issued. How long it then
takes to appear is down to your bank or card issuer rather than us, so give it a few days before
worrying; if it still hasn’t landed, tell us and we’ll chase it from our end.
Lost or late packages
If tracking has stopped moving, or it’s been far longer than you’d expect, email us.
We’ll chase the carrier and, if it’s genuinely lost, replace the order.
